- Tornado Warning - issued when a tornado is moving toward and expected to pass within five (5) miles of the facility, with desired advanced notice of twenty (20) minutes.
- Tornado Watch - issued when conditions are favorable for the development of tornadoes, with desired advanced notice of several hours.
Flood
- Flash Flood Watch - issued when conditions are favorable for the development of flash flooding, with desired advanced notice of several hours.
- Flash Flood Warning – issued when flash flooding conditions are imminent or occurring.

Severe Thunderstorm Watch - issued when conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may produce strong winds, hail, tornadoes, and heavy rain with desired advanced notice of several hours.
